License & Affiliations
We hold a valid Primary Mining Licence (PML) and a Large-Scale Mining Licence (LML) issued by the Mining Commission of Tanzania under the Mining Act, Cap. 123. Our operations comply fully with the Environmental Management Act and NEMC guidelines. We are affiliated with the Tanzania Chamber of Minerals and Energy (TCME) and adhere to the OECD Due Diligence Guidance for Responsible Supply Chains of Minerals.
